Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Senior Client Services Officer (Reliever) to provide complex administrative support across the Illawarra South Region. You will supervise a small team, train staff, and allocate work to meet court operations priorities while potentially performing Registrar duties in a dynamic, travel-heavy role.

The position is an ongoing full-time regional reliever base with locations in Wollongong, Campbelltown or Sutherland, with regular travel between

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel across Wollongong, Campbelltown and Sutherland hubs with occasional regional travel.
• Experience supervising a small team and providing on-the-job training.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures and legislation within court environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team, including training and handling complex enquiries.
• Undertake complex administrative tasks and prioritise workloads.
• Allocate work to meet operational requirements and ensure accuracy and compliance.
