Job summary

Court Services Victoria seeks a highly analytical professional to drive service excellence through data, performance and continuous improvement across contracted services and court programs. You will lead monitoring, evaluation and the delivery of evidence-based insights to inform decision-making and strengthen outcomes.

• Expertise in performance framework design, outcome measurement and meaningful indicators.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement across contracted services and court programs.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, SQL-based reporting solutions, and BI products.
• Analyze complex data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights.
• Monitor service provider performance against contractual obligations, KPIs and program outcomes.
• Provide high-quality advice and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Build strong partnerships across the Court and external service providers to support effective service delivery.
