• 5+ years experience in training development.
• Experience in training development in a military aviation or naval platform environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of ADF training policies and procedures (SADL)
• Diploma of Vocational Education TAE 50122
• Learning Content Management Systems and authoring tools

Responsabilidades

• Develop interactive eLearning content for Defence and Security clients in Australia.
• Collaborate with Instructional Systems Designers and a production team to deliver courseware from one-page job aids to full e-learning programs.
• Foster communication and teamwork within the courseware development team.
