Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking a Courseware Developer II to join the Defence and Security training team in Australia. You will collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia specialists and SMEs to create engaging eLearning content, from job aids to full courseware and 3D simulations.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in training development, experience in military aviation or naval environments, and strong writing skills. This fixed-term role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism and adaptability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in training development
• Experience in training development in a military aviation or naval platform environment
• Demonstrated understanding of ADF training policies and procedures (SADL)
• Diploma of Vocational Education TAE 50122
• Learning Content Management Systems and authoring tools

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive eLearning content for Defence and Security clients
• Collaborate with production team including developers, multimedia specialists, QA, web developers and SMEs
• Support Instructional Systems Designer in evaluating courseware needs and providing guidance to team
