Job summary

CAE is seeking a Multimedia Developer to support the AIR5428 program within the Defence & Security training development team. You will craft engaging eLearning content for Defence personnel, working with Instructional Designers, Courseware Developers and Subject Matter Experts to deliver immersive learning experiences.

You’ll contribute to simulation-based graphics and interactive environments, ensuring learning content is accurate and engaging while meeting delivery timelines across Homebush,

Qualifications

• Australian Citizen eligible for NV1 security clearance
• Minimum 5 years’ multimedia development experience for training environments
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate or Lectora
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and xAPI
• Experience with video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Hybrid work requirement in Homebush, NSW or Brisbane, QLD offices

Responsibilities

• Create multimedia assets (artwork, illustrations, animations, video) for Defence training solutions
• Develop and modify interactive digital learning content using industry tools
• Collaborate with instructional designers, courseware developers and SMEs to ensure engaging, accurate content
• Support development of simulation-based graphics and interactive training environments
• Manage competing priorities to deliver multimedia products on schedule
• Contribute to innovation and standardisation across Defence training programs
