Job summary

Mace Group is delivering a complex, large-scale infrastructure programme in Sydney. We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our client-side integrated delivery team.

You will lead major infrastructure estimating, review contractor pricing, and shape procurement strategies while ensuring robust cost planning, final accounts, and reporting to stakeholders. MRICS/ RICS is preferred and a degree-qualified candidate with 10–15 years in civils and MEP cost estimating.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years’ experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying across civils, structural, MEP or building services.
• Functional Lead experience delivering estimating on a client-side integrated team.
• Proven expertise in major infrastructure estimating, TOC development and contractor estimate reviews.
• Degree‑qualified, digitally competent, with strong commercial, contract and value-engineering knowledge and MRICS/RICS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the functional estimating lead within a client‑side integrated delivery team.
