Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting and change management.
• Experience performing non-routine cost analysis and preparing cost reports.
• Proficiency with project controls systems and auditable cost data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess cost impacts and propose actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across project teams.

Responsibilities

• Performs non-routine cost estimating, analysis and control activities.
• Coordinates cost monitoring standards, techniques, systems and reports.
• Coordinates development and accuracy of cost reports.
• Verifies consistency with prior reports for compatibility.
• Prepares budgets per prescribed standards and procedures.
• Investigates requirements for estimating and cost control data.
• Collects and classifies cost data; performs budget allocation and reporting.
• Identifies cost trends requiring management attention.
• Prepares cost studies using historical data and cost comparisons.
