Job summary

Altios, a strategic partner for the internationalisation of SMEs, seeks an Accounting & Corporate Services Manager in Sydney to oversee corporate governance, compliance and company secretarial activities. You will lead the Corporate Services team and support clients with their corporate requirements, reporting to the Country Manager and APAC CFO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate services, governance or company secretarial activities.
• BAS Agent registration required.
• Strong knowledge of Australian corporate and regulatory requirements (ASIC, Corporations Act).
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
