We are partnering with a leading ASX listed biotechnology organisation to appoint a Legal Counsel in Melbourne. This is a rare opportunity to provide broad, business-facing advice that shapes commercial outcomes and supports the development of innovative products within a high-performing legal team.

The role involves supporting major corporate transactions, drafting and negotiating complex contracts, and ongoing corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions.

Competenze

• Ideally, at least 5 years’ corporate/M&A and/or capital markets experience from a reputable law firm or in-house environment.
• Prior experience working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, research and development, or clinical research organisations is viewed favourably.
• The role requires delivering practical solutions in a fast-moving, complex and diverse environment.
