Qualifications

• Ideally, at least 5 years’ corporate/M&A and/or capital markets experience from a reputable law firm or in-house environment.
• Prior experience working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, research and development, or clinical research organisations is viewed favourably.
• The role requires delivering practical solutions in a fast-moving, complex and diverse environment.

Working closely with senior lawyers in a high performing legal team, as well as other key stakeholders across the business, this role represents an exciting opportunity to support major corporate transactions, provide commercially focused legal advice, draft and negotiate a variety of complex contracts, and ongoing corporate governance in a highly regulated, cross-border environment.

Prior experience working directly with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, research and development, or clinical research organisations will be viewed favourably.
