Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–6 years PQE with strong commercial contracting experience.
• In-house or private practice background, with in-house preferred.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills.
• Confident, concise communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and provide practical legal solutions.
• Admitted to practise in Australia with Victorian practising certificate.
• Competition law or broader corporate/regulatory experience highly regarded.
• Healthcare, pharmaceuticals or consumer products experience considered highly regarded.
• Previous mentoring or junior team leadership experience highly regarded.
