Job summary

ICE Clear Europe Limited is seeking a Network Operations professional to provide 24x7 support for our global production network infrastructure. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to incidents to minimize service impact and maintain high availability.

Responsibilities include incident and problem management, operational readiness for new services, change planning with Engineering, and vendor coordination. A degree in Computer Engineering and CCNA/JNCIA knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and TCP/IP networking.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team.
• Weekend and off-hours support is required.
• JNCIA or CCNA certification, or equivalent knowledge preferred.
• Experience with network monitoring and incident analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and engage advanced engineering.
• Solid understanding of multicast and network troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Incident management with proactive monitoring to prevent outages.
• Problem management and root-cause analysis with documentation.
• Operational readiness for new services and pre-production checks.
• Change management planning and configuration implementation.
• Handle service requests, network maintenance, and ongoing support.
• Drive process improvements and knowledge-base improvements.
