Job summary

Luxoft Germany is seeking a Senior Core Banking Migration Functional Test Lead for a major Australian transformation and migration program. The role focuses on end-to-end testing, data reconciliation, and production readiness across multiple waves.

You will lead cross-functional testing teams, coordinate defect governance, and deliver dashboards and governance reporting to program leadership. Banking domain expertise is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Test Management/Test Lead experience in complex transformation programs.
• Senior Test Lead in large-scale Core Banking transformation and migration within Banking/FS.
• Strong Core Banking functional testing across products, journeys, processes and integrations.
• Experience leading customer and data migration testing with reconciliation and validation.
• Proven ability to coordinate end-to-end integration testing across multiple systems.
• Experience planning migration rehearsals, cutovers and production verification activities.
• Ability to define risk-based functional test coverage for critical scenarios.
• Proven capability in Test Strategies, Plans, Quality Gates, dashboards and governance reporting.
• Extensive defect, risk, issue and dependency management across large programs.
• Stakeholder engagement and vendor management across business, technology and migration teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional testing for Core Banking transformation and migration.
• Develop and execute Test Strategies, Plans, Quality Gates, Dashboards and governance reports.
• Oversee functional validation of products, processes, journeys, and transactions.
• Coordinate customer and data migration testing including reconciliation and validation.
• Drive end-to-end integration testing across Core Banking platforms and related apps.
• Lead cutover, rehearsal, dress rehearsal and production verification testing.
• Manage ST, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing and production verification across releases.
• Define critical test scenarios for customer, account, product and migration outcomes.
• Triages defects, manages risks and dependencies, and ensures timely resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and program leadership to meet quality objectives.
