Job summary

Luxoft Germany seeks a Senior Core Banking Migration Functional Test Lead for a major Australian transformation program based in Adelaide. You will drive end-to-end functional testing, customer and data migration validation, reconciliation, and production verification across multi-wave moves.

The role requires extensive experience in Core Banking testing, data migration, and cross-functional leadership, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to ensure quality and successful

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Test Management or Test Lead roles within transformation programs.
• Proven track record delivering large Core Banking transformation programs.
• Strong testing across banking products, customer journeys, and data integrations.
• Experience leading data migration testing including reconciliation, validation, and post-migration verification.
• Experience in end-to-end integration testing across Core Banking platforms and upstream/downstream systems.
• Leadership and stakeholder management across large, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional testing for Core Banking transformation and migration.
• Develop and execute Test Strategies, Plans, Quality Gates, and Dashboards.
• Lead functional validation of Core Banking products, customer journeys, and transactions.
• Coordinate customer and data migration testing including reconciliation and verification.
• Oversee integration testing across Core Banking platforms and related systems.
• Coordinate cutover testing and production verification activities across waves.
