Job summary

Luxoft Germany is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Test Lead for a major Core Banking transformation in Australia. You will coordinate end-to-end infrastructure & platform testing across multiple streams, manage cross-platform dependencies, risks, environment readiness, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure resilient, performant, and production-ready platforms.

The role requires strong experience in SIT, performance testing, and governance reporting, with a focus on banking technology environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Infrastructure & Platform Testing in large-scale transformations.
• Strong track record in validating compute, network, storage, databases, middleware, and cloud platforms.
• Experience leading SIT across complex, integrated ecosystems.
• Proven ability to drive Performance, Load, Stress, and Capacity testing to meet non-functional requirements.
• Experience coordinating resilience, failover, recovery, availability, and production-readiness testing.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Infrastructure & Platform Testing for large-scale Core Banking transformation programs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive Test Strategies, Plans, Quality Gates, Dashboards, and Governance reporting.
• Lead testing of infrastructure components (compute, network, storage, middleware, databases, cloud/hosting).
• Drive SIT across infrastructure, platforms, applications, interfaces, and upstream/downstream systems.
• Lead Performance, Load, Stress, Scalability, and Capacity Testing against non-functional requirements.
