Job summary

Luxoft Germany is seeking an experienced Data/ETL QA Lead for a major transformation program in Australia. You will drive end-to-end data testing, migration validation, ETL/DWH testing and reporting validation across multi-system workstreams.

Responsibilities include leading test strategies, governance dashboards, defect management, and stakeholder coordination with business, data, technology and vendors to ensure quality objectives are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Test Management/Test Lead roles within data and transformation testing.
• Experience leading banking or financial services transformation programs.
• Hands-on leadership in Data, ETL, DWH, Data Migration, Reconciliation and Reporting testing.
• Proven ability to define and execute Test Strategies, Plans, and Quality Gate dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data, ETL, DWH, migration, reconciliation, and reporting testing across complex programs.
• Develop and execute Test Strategies, Plans, Quality Gates, Dashboards, and Governance Reporting.
• Lead data migration testing including source-to-target validation and completeness checks.
• Validate ETL pipelines, data transformations, business rules, interfaces, and downstream reporting.
• Coordinate testing across source systems, data warehouses, reporting solutions and applications.
• Manage ST, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Production Verification and defect governance.
• Identify, track, mitigate testing risks, issues, dependencies, data quality concerns and defects.
• Collaborate with business, technology, data teams, vendors, and program leadership.
• Provide status updates, quality assessments, test metrics, dashboards and quality gate recommendations.
