Job summary

Convey Your Way, part of Life Legacy Legal, Brisbane-based boutique conveyancing group, is seeking a seasoned conveyancing manager. This hybrid role lets you work from home most of the week with meetings at Sandgate or Brisbane offices every so often.

You will manage residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, draft TQ documents, use PEXA, and liaise with lenders, agents and other parties. We value balance, development and building a growing client network.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an established conveyancing manager with a proven client/referral base.
• Growth mindset and plans to grow client base and referrals.
• Ability to build rapport and manage stress-free conveyancing services.

You will have the flexibility of a trulyhybridrole that will see youworking from homefor most of your week (our team connects at our Sandgate officeonce per fortnight), or you can work from one of our offices (Sandgate, Brisbane city, Mitchelton) if you prefer.

A day in the life of a CYW conveyancer

Your days will be fast-paced and you will interact with great clients and undertake challenging and interesting work. When your day is done, you can be comfortable knowing we value balance - we encourage you to leave your work at work.

As well as providing exceptional customer service, you can expect to:

• Manage residential and commercial conveyancing transactions;
• Draft TQ documents;
• Use PEXA;
• Liaise with all relevant parties throughout property transactions (conveyancers, financial institutions, real estate agents, brokers, etc.).
