Job summary

4WD Supacentre is seeking an AI Engineer – Conversational to design, build and deploy AI-powered chat and voice solutions across our ecommerce and contact centre platforms. You will lead hands-on development within a fast-moving tech team, delivering scalable customer experiences.

The role requires deep expertise in conversational AI, NLP/NLU, and integrations with CRM systems such as Salesforce. A strong background in retail/ecommerce in Australia is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in conversational AI products and solutions (non negotiable).
• 5+ years in retailer/ecommerce environment in Australia.
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered chat solutions for the website, delivering intelligent customer interactions.
• Architect and deploy AI voice solutions within the contact centre environment.
• Integrate conversational AI with Salesforce CRM and other systems.
