Job summary
The Adelaide, SA-based Lead / Senior Control Systems Engineer position at Tekk Group WA Pty Ltd offers a senior technical role across industrial projects, focusing on design, development, commissioning and delivery of control systems solutions.
We are seeking an experienced engineer to provide technical leadership, project intake through to site commissioning, mentoring junior staff and ensuring delivery to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Significant experience in control systems engineering within industrial environments.
- Strong PLC, SCADA or DCS experience.
Responsibilities
- Leading and delivering control systems engineering projects from concept through to commissioning.
- Developing and reviewing control system architectures, functional specifications and engineering documentation.
- PLC, SCADA and DCS programming and configuration.
- Control system design, testing and commissioning.
- Fault finding, troubleshooting and optimisation of control systems.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians.
- Liaising with clients and providing technical support throughout project delivery.
- Participating in FAT, SAT and site commissioning activities.
- Ensuring engineering work is completed to the required technical, safety and quality standards.
