EEHA Automation is a Gladstone-based engineering firm delivering automation, electrical and IT/OT solutions across mining, infrastructure and industry. We seek an experienced Control Systems Engineer to join our team and own major automation projects from design through commissioning.

You will work with Allen-Bradley, FactoryTalk, AVEVA System Platform and Ignition in a non-FIFO, Monday–Friday setup, with long-term opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Process Control Systems experience.
• Strong Allen-Bradley / Rockwell experience.
• PLC, SCADA and HMI development experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience delivering control systems across their lifecycle.
• Bachelor of Engineering or related qualification.
• Experience in mining, ports, ship loaders, conveyors, or heavy industrial environments is highly regarded.
• CPEng, RPEQ or TÜV qualifications are desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement and upgrade PLC, SCADA and HMI systems.
• Conduct control system upgrades and modifications.
• Manage industrial networks and infrastructure.
• Develop automation standards and documentation.
• Commissioning, troubleshooting and optimisation.
• IT/OT integration and data systems.
