Ivory Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator or an experienced Contracts Manager to lead project teams through design to completion. You will report to the Commercial Manager and work closely with site, design and project teams to ensure high standards across the board.

The role requires a proven track record in commercial construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to manage multiple coordinators and cadets within a dynamic, reputable firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator or similar senior role.
• Proven track record delivering commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration across project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams from design through delivery.
• Manage financial and contractual requirements within subcontractor tenders.
• Design and implement procurement strategies for commercial projects to maximise efficiency.
• Oversee progress claims, variations and forecast project accounts.
