Job summary

Ivory Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to oversee the commercial and contractual management of a prestigious construction project valued at over $200M. You will be responsible for procurement, subcontractor letting, contract negotiations, variations, progress claims, cost reporting and financial forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.

Working alongside the project and site teams, you will play a key role in maintaining commercial control and ensuring the project

Qualifications

• Tertiary or trade qualification in a building related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering commercial new build projects above $50M.
• Demonstrated stability with previous employers.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor procurement and letting of contracts
• Review progress claims and variations
• Monitor project costs and budgets
• Prepare weekly reports
• Manage contractual correspondence
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and clients
• Monitor project programming and progress
• Identify and manage commercial risks
• Support the Senior Project Manager and site team
• Manage final accounts and project close-out
