Job summary

Ivory Group is seeking an experienced Services Manager to coordinate building services across commercial projects in Sydney. You will work closely with the Project Manager, site team, consultants and clients to ensure services are coordinated, programmed and delivered to a high standard.

Lead management of services across multiple projects, identify and resolve design and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle, and support procurement and subcontractor engagement.

Qualifications

• Tertiary or trade qualification in building, construction, or engineering.
• Proven experience as Services Manager or similar in commercial construction.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all building services across projects.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and other services.
• Oversee services procurement and subcontractor engagement.
• Review services drawings and specs, resolving coordination issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
