Job summary

Hickory is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to support a hyperscale data centre project in Tarneit. You will oversee financial management, budgets, progress claims, payment processing, and subcontractor procurement to ensure cost control aligned with project estimates.

Key responsibilities include managing tendering and contracts, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with insurance and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within commercial construction.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management, budgets, and cost control.
• Manage subcontractor tendering, contracts, and records.
• Submit progress claims and monitor timely payments.
• Maintain project financial reporting and records.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and design consultants to mitigate risks.
