Hickory HR Pty Ltd seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of one of Australia’s largest hyperscale data centre projects, guiding programme outcomes from initiation to completion. You will manage resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring safety and quality across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex large-scale projects (MEP, hyperscale data centres, critical infra).
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and manage resources including labour, materials, and subcontractors.
• Create comprehensive project plans with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Negotiate construction contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Maintain financial control with reports, cash flow, and cost savings.
• Ensure quality standards and implement quality control processes.
• Coach and mentor project team members and ensure safety compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across the project.
• Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders.
