Job summary

A W Edwards is a leading Australian builder delivering major commercial projects. A Senior Building Services Coordinator/Engineer is required to work on a $1bn Data Centre in Huntingwood, Sydney, reporting to the Services Manager and coordinating mechanical or electrical packages throughout the project lifecycle.

You will read drawings, coordinate with Tier 1 contractors, mentor team members, and develop toward a Building Services Manager role with exceptional learning and development

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years’ experience in commercial construction.
• Experience delivering large projects (ideally data centres).
• Extensive experience with Elec or Mech services on projects >$200–300m.
• Ability to motivate and mentor those around you.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings for building services packages.
• Manage and collaborate with Tier 1 services sub-contractors and other trades.
• Work under the Services Manager through full project lifecycle.
• Opportunity to grow toward Building Services Manager with strong training.
