Winteringham Recruitment represents a client seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the Transport & Infrastructure team. Based in Maddington, WA, the role supports operations across Western Australia and the Northern Territory, delivering commercial and contract administration across a diverse portfolio.

You will manage contractual risk, support the full project lifecycle from tender to close out, and partner with stakeholders to interpret, negotiate, and guide teams

Qualifications

• Experience in a Senior Contracts Administrator, Contracts Administrator or commercial role within construction, infrastructure, civil or industrial environments.
• Background in construction project delivery or related discipline.
• Risk mitigation experience pre-contract.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, contract management and commercial risk.
• Ability to interpret, negotiate and guide project teams through complex contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical problem solving and origination abilities.
