Qualifikationen

• 7+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction.
• Proven experience delivering projects in Australia.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent financial and cost management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar preferred.

• Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer subcontract agreements.
• Assess and process subcontractor claims and variations.
• Lead procurement activities and package letting.
