Job summary

Peritas is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to strategically manage the full contract lifecycle from pre-contract to project delivery. You will negotiate terms with clients and legal counsel, oversee risk management and drive compliant contract execution.

You will support project managers with contract administration, maintain records in Total Synergy, and contribute to policy development. The role offers growth, flexibility, and opportunities to advance within Peritas in Western

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Business, Construction Management, or a Degree in Project Management or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in contract administration, civil engineering or construction industry.
• Previous experience with Total Synergy and ACC desirable.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the full contract lifecycle from pre-contract to delivery.
• Negotiate terms with clients and legal counsel to mitigate risks and meet objectives.
• Provide contract administration support to Project Managers, including tracking and reporting.
• Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures.
• Maintain project records and support negotiations and subcontract administration.
• Engage with stakeholders to improve processes and deliver partner experience.
