About the opportunity

Reporting to the Manager Concession Deed, the Senior Contracts Advisor plays a pivotal role in advising on and managing the complex and long‑term joint‑venture partnership between VicRoads and the State Government. This is a unique opportunity to work within a strategic, high‑impact environment, applying your legal and commercial expertise to provide expert guidance on the 40‑year Concession Deeds.

The role offers the chance to contribute to major infrastructure governance while fostering strong relationships with the Department of Transport and Planning. You will work across teams, collaborate on governance initiatives, and support continuous improvement of contract management resources and processes. This is an ideal role for a detail‑oriented and strategically minded contracts professional ready to shape long‑term outcomes for Victoria’s transport future.

Experience as a practising lawyer (commercial/contracts focus) is highly desirable but not essential. Candidates with equivalent experience in commercial contract advisory or management, or relevant transferable skills, will also be considered.
