A market leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, they are now seeking an experienced Senior / Contracts Administrator to join their professional team.
Offering a range of services to their high end clients, the company specialises in fit-out, heavy refurb and some new build of Corporate Office, Health, Education, Government, Hotels, Hospitality and Leisure sector projects. Incorporating a wide range of skillsets, their refurbishment work can have a large element of structural trades, heavy demolition, facades, steel and concrete (adding or removing levels etc).
Experience on large scale commercial fitouts, refurbs or build projects would be desirable as well as having a strong commercial base knowledge ideally working in a Tier 1, 2 or 3 professional environment however.
Projects will be commercial fit-out and heavy refurb in nature and ranging from smaller up to $100m+
You will be responsible for the management and administration of contracts throughout the project life cycle. In addition, you will ensure that the high quality and profitability of the projects are maintained while financial and contractual risks are minimized.
Initial work will be on procurement, scoping up packages and tendering etc. working with a first class team on a landmark project! ASAP start for the right person for a 3 month + contract.
