Job summary

Zenith Search is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for a major Defence civil infrastructure project north of the river in Perth. The role is office-based, Perth metro, permanant full-time, with a salary of AUD 180,000–190,000 plus superannuation.

You will manage commercial and contractual aspects, including subcontract administration, procurement, variations, claims and cost reporting, working closely with the project team to ensure successful delivery over a three-year duration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator within civil construction or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of subcontract management, variations, claims and commercial reporting.
• Experience working on major civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of the project, including subcontract administration, procurement, variations, claims, cost control and commercial reporting.
• Work closely with the project delivery team to manage contractual obligations and mitigate commercial risks.
