Job summary

Pensar Construction Group Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to lead on complex infrastructure projects. You will drive strong commercial outcomes, manage contractual risk and support successful delivery across major projects.

Bring a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and a proven track record in contract administration within infrastructure or construction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in contract administration, commercial management or a similar role within infrastructure, engineering or construction.
• Strong understanding of complex contracting environments and commercial project delivery.
• Experience working on multidisciplinary infrastructure or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers and delivery teams to provide strategic commercial guidance across a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Take ownership of contract administration activities from project award through to completion and close-out.
• Support the management of contractual risk by identifying opportunities and implementing practical solutions.
• Lead the preparation and assessment of contract variations, claims and entitlement submissions.
• Work closely with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to build productive relationships and achieve positive outcomes.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting activities to support informed business decisions.
• Assist in resolving commercial issues and contractual disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Coach and support developing commercial professionals, helping build capability across the wider project team.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and commercial governance across the business.

Are you an experienced Senior Contract Administrator looking to take the lead on complex infrastructure projects?

We’re seeking a commercially astute and proactive Senior Contract Administrator to join Pensar. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving strong commercial outcomes, managing contractual risk, and supporting the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

What you’ll bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Commerce, Business or related field (desirable).
• Significant experience in contract administration, commercial management or a similar role within the infrastructure, engineering or construction sectors.
• A strong understanding of complex contracting environments and commercial project delivery.
• Experience working on multidisciplinary infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
