Job summary

THEM is seeking a contracts professional to own commercial outcomes on live Class 2 residential projects in Sydney. You will lead procurement, subcontracts, variations, claims and final accounts, with a strong focus on cost reporting and forecasting to protect margins.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, proven experience across multiple trade packages, and solid Procore skills. Australian work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven contracts administration experience in Class 2 residential construction.
• Experience managing multiple trade packages with cost, program and quality control.
• Procurement, subcontract negotiation, variations, claims and final accounts on live projects.
• Degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial outcomes from procurement to OC on live projects.
• Lead trade procurement, formulate tender packages and subcontracts.
• Manage variations, EOTs, delay claims and notices.
• Prepare progress claims with accurate payment reporting.
• Provide cost reporting and forecasting to protect margins.
• Projects valued at $70M+.
