Job summary

Forum Recruitment in Melbourne seeks a senior Contract Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle management of Facility Management and project delivery contracts. The role operates in a live, high-risk environment, balancing commercial outcomes with risk, compliance and stakeholder relationships to ensure service delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Experience managing FM or project delivery contracts in asset-intensive environments.
Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and risk management.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and resolve disputes with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic management, review and negotiation of Facility Management contracts.
Manage a portfolio of project delivery contracts from procurement to closeout.
Oversee contract administration including variations, extensions of time and final accounts.
Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs, budgets and quality standards.
Provide expert contractual advice to internal stakeholders across operations, facilities, projects, finance and legal.
