HENTON CONSULTING PTY LTD is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to lead contract management on major industrial projects valued at $70M+ in WA. The role covers procurement through close-out, with a focus on variations, claims, and subcontractor negotiations.

You will draft contracts and scopes of work, ensuring precise project administration and strong stakeholder communication across all levels. This is a pathway for advancement within a results-driven, collaborative team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Commercial and/or industrial project experience ($30M+).
• Subcontractor management and negotiations.

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you’ll be trusted with full contract management responsibilities – from procurement through to close-out – and empowered to make an impact at every stage.

You’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline

Commercial and/or industrial project experience ($30M+)

Proven ability in subcontractor management and negotiations

Experience managing variations, claims, and procurement processes

Strong skills in drafting contracts, scopes of work, and project administration

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels

High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and professional presentation
