Job summary

Tringrove Industries Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to own day-to-day contract administration across projects. This remote role allows working from Tasmania, with cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely notices, variations and claims, while maintaining clear records and effective communication with project teams.

• Experience in contract administration within construction.
• Ability to manage notices, variations and progress claims.
• Experience interpreting construction contracts and notice requirements.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, scopes of work and tender information to understand obligations.
• Maintain contract registers and a calendar of deadlines.
• Prepare and submit notices, variations and claims with supporting evidence.
• Coordinate with project delivery, estimating and finance teams.
