Job summary

Sagle Constructions, partnered with ROUSSOS Recruitment, seeks an experienced Contract Administrator to support its growing commercial portfolio across South Australia. You will oversee procurement, costs, subcontractor agreements and project financials from procurement through to practical completion, collaborating with Project Managers and Site Managers.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Experienced in contract administration within commercial building.
• Solid understanding of subcontract procurement, contract negotiations, variations and cost management.
• Strong financial awareness, attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication with project stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating subcontractor procurement, including tender assessments and commercial negotiations.
• Preparing, reviewing and administering subcontract agreements, scopes of work and variations.
• Tracking project expenditure, commitments and budgets for cost control.
• Managing progress claims, payment schedules, variations and notices.
• Supporting project forecasting, cost reporting and financial performance reviews.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to progress commercial matters.
• Ensuring contract documentation and compliance are maintained.
