You’ll lead content talent, oversee production from concept to publication, and develop platform-native formats, balancing customer needs with brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading social/content for a major brand or complex organisation.
• Strong strategic, creative and editorial judgement.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms and audience behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Lead content across social, video, creator, media and campaigns.
• Shape CommBank’s social presence and develop platform-native ideas.
• Translate customer, cultural, search and social insights into timely content opportunities.
• Develop creator partnerships to extend reach and relevance.
• Partner with media, brand and campaign teams to connect content across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Lead social media crisis communications and issues response, including after-hours on-call.
