Job summary

CommBank seeks a Senior Manager – Content in Sydney to lead the content strategy and execution across social, video, creators, media and integrated campaigns. You will translate customer insights into timely content and shape platform-native ideas for diverse channels.

Lead, coach and develop content talent while maintaining a high creative and editorial bar, and participate in after-hours on-call for crisis communications and issues response.

Qualifications

• Senior level with proven ability to lead social and content for a major brand or agency.
• Strong strategic, creative and editorial judgement.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms and audience behaviour.
• Experience across integrated campaigns, media and creator partnerships.
• Excellent content production, writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing social media issues and crisis communications.

Responsibilities
