Acclaimed Workforce Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Consultant Engineer (Civil/Structural) to lead complex civil and structural projects in the Wagga Wagga office. You will manage projects end-to-end, provide technical oversight, and mentor junior engineers within a collaborative team.

This senior role requires a Civil/Structural engineering degree and at least 5 years of Australian industry experience, with strong knowledge of Australian standards.

Competenze

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Australian industry.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Consulting Engineer (civil/structural) with proven delivery of projects in a consultancy environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian Standards.
• Experience with SpaceGass, AutoCAD, 12d, Drains, Inducta suite, TEDDS, and Microstran.
• BIM experience is highly desirable (ability to work within BIM-led coordination and documentation workflows).
• Proven ability to review and verify the work of others, ensuring accuracy and quality of design documentation prior to issue.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil/structural engineering projects from concept through to completion
