Job summary

RPS Group in Brisbane is seeking a talented Senior Consultant to join our Insights, Communications and Creative team. You’ll lead communications and stakeholder engagement for infrastructure projects, building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality engagement materials.

You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams, plan meetings, prepare notices and content, and help expand services for existing clients.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience delivering communications and stakeholder engagement, preferably in infrastructure or government.
• Experience on major transport infrastructure projects is highly regarded.
• Excellent writing and ability to translate complex information into clear content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communications, stakeholder engagement and community consultation strategies for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare high-quality materials: notifications, fact sheets, newsletters, key messages, web content and stakeholder correspondence.
• Plan and deliver stakeholder meetings, information sessions and workshops, including after-hours when required.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, businesses, government agencies, councils, and community groups.
• Manage stakeholder inquiries, complaints and emerging issues; provide practical communications advice with project teams.
