You will build client relationships, develop strategic plans and deliver high-quality materials and engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience delivering communications and stakeholder engagement in infrastructure, construction or government.
• Experience on major transport infrastructure projects is highly regarded.
• Excellent writing and communication skills translating complex technical information into clear content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communications, stakeholder engagement and community consultation strategies for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare high-quality communications materials (notices, fact sheets, newsletters, key messages, web content).
• Plan and run stakeholder meetings, sessions and workshops, including after-hours when required.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, businesses, government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Manage enquiries, complaints and emerging issues.
• Provide practical communications advice with multidisciplinary teams.
