Job summary

Lanson Partners is seeking Senior Consultants to join its Strategy and Transformation practice in Canberra. You will work on government and enterprise transformation programs, taking ownership from discovery through to strategic recommendations and outcomes.

You will collaborate with Partners, engage senior stakeholders, and drive the full consulting lifecycle with hands-on mentorship, supporting your development and career progression within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience within a consulting environment (Big Four or boutique advisory).
• Experience in business strategy, transformation or technology strategy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication; baseline security or eligibility advantageous.

About You

• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic recommendations and produce high-quality written deliverables.


• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.


• Australian citizenship is essential; Baseline or NV1 security clearance is advantageous.
