Job summary

Eagna Consulting in Canberra seeks a Senior Consultant to own a workstream, lead a small team and present confidently to clients.

You’ll report to the Partner and drive engagements from scoping through implementation, developing technology strategies, roadmaps and governance.

The role covers operating models, business cases, program leadership and coaching graduates, with real scope to shape the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in advisory, professional services, or IT leading technology, digital or transformation engagements.
• Structured problem-solving: issue trees, hypotheses, frameworks, and the judgement to know when to use something different.
• Strong stakeholder skills. You build trust, read the room and handle concerns diplomatically.
• AI or Automation experience is highly regarded.
• Broad consulting capability is highly regarded.
