Job summary

Elecnor Australia is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a major construction project in New South Wales. You will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Project's QMS, ensuring procedures align with regulatory and principal requirements.

You will formulate QA policies, supervise audits, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement across construction phases. Strong leadership and knowledge of regulations are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, quality management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, revise, and enforce quality assurance policies to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems to optimise processes and product quality.
• Conduct inspections and audits of construction works and subcontractors for compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Develop and manage Inspection and Test Plans and project Hold Points; maintain documentation in the DMS.
• Lead a team of QA professionals and deliver training on quality standards and best practices.
• Identify quality risks and implement mitigation strategies; drive continuous improvement.
