Job summary

McCormack in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join the Projects team. You will coordinate and support the delivery of construction projects by managing resources, procurement, financial administration, stakeholder communication and project documentation, while ensuring quality, safety, budget and programme objectives are met.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience coordinating construction projects with knowledge of project management systems and financial processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project administration, procurement, resources, documentation and communication to support successful project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
• Manage project financial processes including claims, variations, invoices, forecasting, cash flow and budget tracking.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support quality, safety and compliance while mentoring junior Coordinators and collaborating with project teams.
