McCormack in Melbourne is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through delivery, ensuring safety, quality and client expectations are met. You will report to the Project Director and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Construction Management or related field, a Construction White Card, and strong communication, leadership and PM tools experience to drive projects successfully.

Competenze

• A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline, plus a Construction White Card and ability to obtain safety certifications.
• Demonstrated experience delivering construction projects of similar size, scope and complexity with solid knowledge of PM methodologies, systems and processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, with strong commercial, financial and contractual acumen and proficiency with project management software.

• Manage project scope, budgets, programs, procurement, variations and resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project objectives and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, financials, risks and quality outcomes, conducting regular project reviews and ensuring all project documentation is maintained.
• Lead and mentor project team members, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold McCormack's health, safety and environmental standards across all project activities.
