Job summary

RP Infrastructure (RPI) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a major community building project in Sydney. This role suits someone with a Construction or Contract Administration background and 6–10 years of experience in the field.

You will manage critical construction activities, lead design for upcoming phases, supervise tendering and procurement, and coordinate consultants while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with regular updates and reports.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex building projects.
• 6–10 years of construction experience with consulting experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to site to oversee contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee early stages of construction works on site.
• Direct design phases for subsequent project stages.
• Oversee tendering to appoint later contractors.
• Procurement of consultants and industry specialists.
• Manage technical construction/delivery phases including contracts, variations and claims.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with regular updates and reporting.
