Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead delivery of a major community project in Sydney. You will work with senior leaders, consultants and site teams from early stages through to completion, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, programme and budget goals.

The role requires proven PM experience in building construction, delivering large-scale community, health, education or infrastructure programs, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in building construction.
• Experience delivering large-scale community, health, education or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Leading project delivery from planning through to handover.
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Managing client relationships and key stakeholders.
• Driving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes.
• Identifying and managing project risks and reporting requirements.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.

The Role

This role will see you take a hands-on leadership position in the delivery of a major community project, working closely with senior leaders, consultants and site teams from early stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading project delivery from planning through to handover
